PARCEL SHIPPING
Items small enough to qualify for parcel shipping can be shipped across Canada via Canada Post or UPS. Items that qualify for parcel shipping are identified on the product page and at checkout.
We are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are nonrefundable.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is offered for all large items that cannot be shipped via parcel shipping and for any order over $250. Local delivery is offered for most of southern and central Ontario. Local delivery rates vary depending on your zone.

We offer free local pick up.
All products can be picked up at: 334 Rutherford Road South, 15, Brampton ON L6W 3K6, Canada.
FREIGHT INFO
In order to ship an item via freight, it must be packaged in a crate or on a pallet. We include the cost of the custom crate and curbside lift-gate service in every quote. If you do not need lift-gate service, just let us know. Any freight charges will be invoiced separately. If you prefer to book your own freight, we will package the product in a crate or on a pallet, and will invoice for the cost of packaging.
LEAD TIMES
With the exception of merchandise, many items are made-to-order, and have an estimated lead-time noted on the product page. Depending on the product, this may be 8-12 weeks. The uncertainty in the global supply-chain has caused some delays, and we need to accommodate for any additional time it may take to receive certain materials or components. That said, we strive to get orders out as quickly as we can.
